Alan Mooshekh, Esq

Alan Mooshekh brings a unique background to his law practice, having started his career as an insurance adjuster and later as an insurance defense attorney. With nearly 15 years of experience on the other side of the courtroom, Alan deeply understands the tactics used by large corporations and insurance companies. He now dedicates his insider knowledge to advocate for victims of injury and wrongful death throughout the Southwest.

As lead trial counsel, Alan handles some of the toughest cases, including traumatic brain injuries, construction accidents, catastrophic automobile accidents, premises liability, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and other cases involving severe orthopedic injuries. Licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, South Carolina, and Utah, he is especially skilled in handling cases that cross state borders, such as trucking and transportation accidents. He prides himself on delivering maximum compensation for his clients with honesty and integrity.

Prior to representing injured victims, Alan handled thousands of personal injury claims for the insurance industry. He gained a deep understanding of how insurance adjusters and claims departments evaluate cases. During law school, he served as a senior staff editor and author of published work for the Arizona Summit Law Review. He also had the honor of serving as a research extern for Judge John Rea of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Shortly after law school, Alan earned an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in insurance law and then passed several bar exams. His nationwide experience in the insurance industry gives him a competitive advantage in evaluating cases and identifying issues that are commonly overlooked.

In his free time, Alan enjoys volunteering as general counsel for various nonprofit organizations that advocate for Assyrians in the Middle East and diaspora. On several occasions, he spoke before state legislatures in recognition of the Assyrian genocide of 1914, Simile Massacre of 1933, and ISIS invasion of 2014.
