When a client comes to me, it’s often during one of the most stressful and traumatic periods of their lives. As a personal injury lawyer, I do my best to take on a compassionate and honest approach with all of my cases. My primary goal is to provide compensation and justice to the injured party for the physical, emotional, and financial harm they have had to suffer.

Personal injury cases can arise from a wide range of circumstances, such as car accidents, slip and fall incidents, medical malpractice, product defects, and more. A good attorney should prioritize your best interests. They should be dedicated to understanding your goals and concerns and work towards achieving the outcome you desire.

The Mooshekh Law Firm, P.C. Approach

My approach is different, having a substantial background as a defense attorney affords me a distinct competitive edge when it comes to assessing cases and recognizing issues that are frequently missed or underestimated.

Over the years, I’ve obtained specialized expertise and training in insurance coverage and risk management. Following completion of law school, I spent nearly ten years working as an insurance defense attorney serving a wide-ranging clientele that included individual defendants, small enterprises, and even some of the most prominent corporations in the United States.

As your attorney my goal is to be responsive to all your inquiries, communicate clearly, and keep you informed about the progress of your case. The typical process includes an initial consultation where you’ll discuss the details of your case, including how the injury occurred, who is potentially at fault, and the types of damages you’ve suffered.

What to Expect After Your Initial Consultation

Following an initial consultation we will conduct an investigation that involves reviewing evidence such as accident reports, medical records, witness statements and any other relevant information that may help your case. After this we would typically send a demand letter to the at-fault party or their insurance company, this will likely result in negotiations until a settlement amount is agreed upon. This letter outlines the details of your claim, the damages you’re seeking, and the basis for your claim. It’s the first formal step in attempting to reach a settlement.

Many personal injury cases are resolved during this negotiation phase. If a settlement cannot be reached, we can then file a lawsuit on your behalf.
